Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@patchproject.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For sanitary reason we don't accept returns on used/opened items, that's nasty! We are here though to talk to you about any inconvenience, just shoot us an email or slide into our DMs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and used personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Compliment Guarantee
Within 30 days of your purchase, if you wear our patches out and don’t get a single “OMG, you look so cute!” moment, we’ll give you a full refund!
Glow Up Guarantee
If you send us a before & after photo or video within 30 days of purchase and don’t see a glow-up, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked!*
*You must agree that the image/video can be posted on your website and socials.
Please note:
Refunds under either guarantee do not apply to purchases made during promotional events, sales, or when a discount code has been applied.
How to Request a Refund:
To start a refund request under either guarantee, please contact our team at info@patchproject.com.au with your order details.
Once we receive your request and verify it meets the guarantee conditions, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
